Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent professional experience
• Data Center experience highly preferred; construction management experience required
• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction practices and procedures
• Effective presentation development and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar
