Benefits Competitive Salary based on experienceQuarterly Incentive BonusCompany vehicle at 30 days of employmentOptional Medical insurance (70-80% company sponsored)Optional Dental, Vision , and Short-Term Disability insurance (50% company sponsored)Optional Life Insurance, Legal Shield, ID Shield401(k) with Company matchPaid Holidays and generous Paid Time Off plan Primary Responsibilities Provide priority response to potential customersManage the customer experience and overall customer satisfactionEstablish and maintain positive customer relationshipsEducate customers on the reconstruction processObtain site photos, create an accurate sketch of all affected areas, and an accurate scope of work for all projectsAnalyze labor, material, and time requirements for each projectSchedule subcontractors, material suppliers, and/or in-house carpenters for projectsCoordinate and oversee project executionRecognize project constraintsDeliver a consistent and well-defined estimate using estimating platformDocument and review job file to reflect accuracy of all servicesConduct site visits as needed throughout project lifeEnsure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of workCompile and resolve punch list itemsPerform final walk-through with customer Education And Experience Requirements High School Diploma required, associate or bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum 2 years' experience in Project Management or Construction Estimating or Property Insurance AdjustingSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communication skillsProficient use of Xactimate and Docu-sketch preferredAdvanced math skillsMust have good driving record and valid driver's license Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, And Travel Requirements This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Normal schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:15 pm. Due to the emergency response nature of the business, this position frequently requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work beyond normal hours. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
