About The Role Fletcher Development builds, renovates, and maintains some of the finest homes in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality, client service, and operational excellence. We're seeking a Project Manager to oversee both residential construction projects and estate care maintenance sites — someone highly organized, experienced in field operations, and confident managing multiple properties and clients simultaneously. This is not an office job. You will not be managing this portfolio from behind a desk, and you will not be waiting for a superintendent to tell you what's happening on site. You'll be in the field most of the day, every day: directing work, interfacing with clients and vendors, enforcing budget and schedule, and holding every project to the standard our clients expect. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across multiple active sites (estate care + renovations)Conduct site visits and ensure quality control and project standardsCoordinate and schedule vendors, subcontractors, and internal teamsPrepare bids, proposals, and pricing for maintenance and renovation workLead client communication with professionalism and clarityOversee procurement of materials and services; track delivery and logisticsTriage maintenance issues and deploy the appropriate trades quickly and effectivelyPlan and manage small-to-medium renovation scopes start to finishNavigate permitting processes and inspections as requiredMaintain detailed project timelines, schedules, and documentationProactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in residential construction, renovations, estate management, or related fieldStrong understanding of home systems and general construction/maintenance practices — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building envelope, drainage, generators, pools, and smart home systemsProven ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience with bidding, budgeting, and vendor/subcontractor coordinationWorking knowledge of permitting and inspection processesExcellent scheduling and time management skillsStrong client-facing communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to problem-solve, triage, and make decisions in the fieldTech-savvy: project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or equivalent), Excel, Slack, and comfort using AI tools day to day for proposals, scopes of work, and client correspondenceValid driver's license and reliable vehicle Who We're Looking For You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveYou have a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityYou have a high standard for quality, and you're comfortable holding vendors/subcontractors to itYou're calm under pressure and solutions-drivenYou're professional, polished, and client-service focused What We Offer Competitive compensationThe opportunity to manage some of the most high-end custom residential projects in the regionA flat, direct leadership structure where strong operators are given real authorityLong-term growth opportunities within our family of companies spanning construction, design, and technology Compensation: $100,000–$130,000
