Construction Project Manager (Ironton, OH) - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns – and solutions – quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
• Create and manage the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout
• Manage all project finance requirements, including billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost-to-complete
• Earn the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges
• Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers
• Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed
• Serve as a key leader to our project team, and provide clear communication and guidance to all team members
• Maintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite
• Ensure the timely completion of all job closeout procedures

Required Expertise

• At least 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management or equivalent field management experience

Bonus Points

• Earned a Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree
• Experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M to $50M
• Extensive knowledge in construction management software
• Hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
