The Opportunity Project Manager Internship/Co-OpSummer 2027 (May-Aug)Full Time, 40 hours per weekRemote / Work From Home + Travel - U.S. Only Our Project Management Intern assists the Construction Program Management Team with review of construction progress, documentation, reporting, and other project tasks for construction programs. We are looking for outgoing students that want to apply what they have learned in their Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture courses to real life experiences. Problem solving skills, thinking outside the box and dealing with ambiguity are skills that we value. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Learn project management skills through exposure to projects and programs for various large corporate clientsAssist the Project Team with on-site review of construction progress against established project scheduleSupport Project Manager with monitoring and reporting on project work in the fieldAssist Project Team with project reporting and documentation requirementsAssist in preparation of tracking and status reports, utilizing ExcelGeneral understanding of construction management terms and processes requiredAbility to communicate effectively with vendorsContribute in validating and reviewing contracts, bill of materials, and change ordersRespond effectively to sensitive inquiriesAdditional duties as assigned Qualifications In progress: 4-year degree in construction related program, or equivalentStrong ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the project team including management, project management, clients, client’s organization, contractors, and vendorsAbility to prioritize and handle diverse workloadWilling to dive in, proactively ask for new things you can help with, desire to learn and ambition to excelStrong attention to detailAbility to tolerate ambiguity and be able to work effectively within a diverse workplaceStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a changing work environmentProficient working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite Work Conditions & Pay This is a remote based role with recurring travel to project locations. Multi-shift work may be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedules. Travel required (10-50%) on an as needed basis up to and including weekly site visits. The anticipated compensation range for the position is an hourly rate of $19 - $21 based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
