Job Details
This role is aimed at an experienced PM who can independently run projects and also help expand the company’s presence in the Kalamazoo / Southwest Michigan market. Industrial and manufacturing work is the core focus, but the team is open to someone who can also flex into commercial or retail-type work as needed.
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Guide client relationships
- Cookordinate with architects, engineers, and trade partners
- Proactively drive next steps

Responsibilities
- Run industrial and manufacturing projects
- Build local relationships
- Engage with economic development groups
- Work on projects typically in the $2M–$16M range
Requirements
- 5+ years in construction
- General Contractor exposure
- Ability to run projects independently
- Background in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Design-build experience (nice plus)
- Architecture/engineering background (nice plus)
- Knowledge of structural/mechanical/civil systems (nice plus)
- Strong MS Project / Excel skills (nice plus)
Qualifications
The right person will likely have existing Kalamazoo-area ties.
Skills
Independent, proactive, and comfortable being a visible presence locally.
