Job Summary
Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-phase projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards. Oversees project progress, coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners, and maintains accountability for schedules, documentation to ensure successful outcomes aligned with client expectations.
Core Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the overall direction, completion, and outcome of all assigned projects as contracted by the client.
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate clearly with team members and client representatives, providing project updates, and setting and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation in proprietary or client software.
- Assess project execution for areas of improvement and serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, techniques, and standards for effective project execution.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to clients' needs.
- Protect company information confidentiality.
Division Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage multiple retail projects within the construction services realm, including tenant improvements, building renovations, expansions, and ground-up work.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including managing consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, budgets, internal departments, and developers.
- Navigate and oversee contract administration, change orders, budgets, schedules, and client delivery of each project.
- Organize and manage multiple initiatives for concurrent projects across multiple sites and states.
- Prepare proposals, develop budgets, and manage financial aspects of projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

- Language Ability: Write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures. Present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff.
- Reasoning Ability: Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interpret complex project documents.
- Technology Skills: Operate a computer, word processing software, spreadsheet software, and web-based project management software. Operate an electronic tablet in the field for live data collection.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

- Climb and balance various types of ladders to access flat roofs/hatch access (at least once for each building assessed).

- Talk and hear (communicate with onsite contact).
- Visual abilities (close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus).
