About the Role
Working on Hotel Renovation & Restoration Projects. Mid-Sized Commercial GC Based in Tampa!
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of hotel renovation construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Experience with interior renovations, concrete restoration, or other general commercial projects
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
