Construction Project Manager – Healthcare / Commercial | Lansing, MI

About the role

The Lansing team needs a Project Manager who can step into a high-coordination environment and help support both current workload and long-term office growth. The role is initially centered on healthcare construction, with future exposure to higher education, commercial, community projects, and ground-up work.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle project management including preconstruction and estimating support
• Bid scopes and pricing presentations
• Subcontractor buyout and negotiation
• Budget and cost management
• Scheduling
• RFIs, change orders, and monthly pay apps
• Healthcare safety and infection-control compliance
• Closeout

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
• Full-process ownership of construction projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to run multiple smaller projects simultaneously
• Local to Lansing with no remote/commuter setup
• Roughly 75–90% office-based work
• Minimal travel required

Pay

$80,000 – $125,000 per year
