Construction Project Manager - Ground up Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing office in the DC/Maryland area. This role offers accelerated career growth, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work on high-impact commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from ground up, with a focus on large retail or light industrial experience preferred.
• Work with top clients and contribute to projects that make a meaningful impact on society.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Construction or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Experience with commercial construction required.
• Ground-up large retail or light industrial experience preferred.
• Experience in the DMV (DC/Maryland/Virginia) market preferred.
• Open to candidates relocating.
