Position Summary
A Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4–6+ years of experience managing complex commercial construction projects for a professional general contractor or construction management firm
- Demonstrated success overseeing all phases of project delivery, including financial management, schedule performance, project controls, client relations, and overall project execution
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, estimating, and construction means and methods
- Effective leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation, and business management skills
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Strong experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software
- A thorough understanding of construction safety regulations, quality control practices, and industry best practices
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
