Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager opportunity located in Fort Bragg, NC. This position will drive high-impact federal energy initiatives and lead complex Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle execution of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) at Fort Bragg, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage installation, integration, and performance of complex mechanical systems, boilers, and building automation systems (BAS).
• Enforce strict site safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance adhering to CQM, OSHA 30, and EM 385-1-1 standards.
• Coordinate daily on-site operations, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Expertise in mechanical systems, boilers, and building automation.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

$75 - $85 per hour

8 AM to 4 PM
