Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits.
- Develop a schedule for all phases of the build.
- Aid in obtaining permits, adhering to deadlines, and communicating any impacts to the schedule.
- Create and implement project-specific processes and procedures.
- Work alongside the Project Superintendent to manage, direct, and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Manage project costs through continuous evaluation of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Interact with various company departments to address issues.
- Act as the liaison between the client, the company, subcontractors, and government officials.
- Ensure compliance with all safety measures, procedures, and regulations.
- Guarantee substantial completion as per specifications.
- Assist in the submission of record drawings, maintenance manuals, and warranties for a seamless closeout process.

What It Takes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
- Osha 30 Certification.
