About the role
Leading $20M+ ground up Industrial, multi-family, and retail Projects, $1B Dollar Ground up Commercial General Contractor, Great Benefits, Bonus and Truck Allowance!
Responsibilities
- Lead ground up Tilt-Wall commercial construction projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely completion
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction management
- A minimum of 3+ years as a lead project manager
- Experience with ground up multi-family, retail or industrial projects
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
