About the role
System Pavers is growing and seeks a driven Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage project installations, act as the main point of contact for homeowners, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple jobsites
- Manage multiple crews
- Crew recruitment
- Main point of contact with homeowners during installation
- Focus on customer service and keeping customers satisfied
- Daily updates upon job site inspections
- Handle change orders and “up sell” opportunities
Requirements
- Self-motivated
- Great communicator
- Personable
- Creative problem solver
Skills
- 2 years hospitality experience
- Comfortable with basic geometry and math
- Experience managing multiple projects & clients at once
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Positive “can do” attitude is critical
- Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines
