Responsibilities

• Perform building envelope repair tasks according to company standards and safety protocols.
• Inspect buildings for damage and assess repair needs.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using common construction tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of building envelope systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
