Construction Project Manager
Purpose & Scope
Oversees the planning, design, implementation and tracking of short term and long term construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, implementation and tracking of construction projects.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Track project progress and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is required.
- Four years of construction experience in institutional construction, facilities planning, or healthcare is required.
- One year of experience in physical plant operations and construction - building renovations is required.
Qualifications
- PMP certification preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
