Construction Project Manager
What You'll Do
- Making sure all work complies with plans and specifications
- Writing reports, doing calculations, and interacting with clients
- Monitoring heavy highway, water & wastewater works, underground utility installation, and municipal infrastructure improvements
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of experience inspecting residential/multi-family development projects
- Knowledge of codes and regulations, including local, state, and national building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards
- Familiarity with construction safety practices
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents
Salary Range
The starting salary for this position is $95,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and certifications.
