Project Management Responsibilities

• Generating all project site deliverables
• Site planning and logistics
• Contract administration
• Cost management
• Time management
• Quality control management
• Safety management

Project Management Experience

• Experience from conceptual through close-out phases required.

Additional Tasks/Duties

• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals
• Determine labor requirements
• Prepare and submit budget estimate and progress and cost tracking reports
• Inspect and review projects
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
• Take actions to mitigate the result of delays, bad weather, or emergencies
• Schedule the project in logical steps
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms

Position Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Construction Project Management for medical facilities experience required.
• American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) preferred.
• American Hospital Association's (AHA) Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification may be accepted in lieu of the HCC.

Education Requirements

A BS or MS [Engineering/Construction Management] graduate is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
