Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager responsible for overseeing multiple commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. They will manage field operations, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and cost controls, driving profitability and identifying opportunities for value engineering and efficiencies. Key duties include preparing cost reports, financial forecasts, coordinating material procurement, and attending meetings with clients and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities encompass contract administration, resource management, and providing leadership and coaching to project teams.
