About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of assigned projects, including safety, quality, schedule, client relations, and team management. They will oversee all aspects of the project from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, design, and execution
- Manage project teams and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system development
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
