Construction Project Manager

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience specifically within commercial construction, with preferred experience in technology, medical, or R&D sectors.
- Proven track record as a "seller-doer" capable of bidding and running projects with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and operate effectively in environments where systems are still being built.
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills and a high degree of professional confidence.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in with start to finish commercial construction or high-tech facility projects and renovations.
- Strong local network within the Pleasanton or Bay Area commercial real estate and construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
