Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 - $120,000 per year plus Performance Based Bonus

Project Scope: Ground-Up Residential Development
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience managing general contractor relationships from the owner, developer, or consultant side.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing GC contracts, processing pay applications, and managing change orders.
- Able to accurately read and interpret complex construction drawings, structural specifications, and project schedules.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of documenting site activities and professionally holding partners accountable.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of project management experience specifically within South Florida ground-up residential construction.
- Working knowledge of Florida Building Code and local Miami-Dade permitting and inspection processes.
