Cost Control & Forecasting: Track project costs, monitor variances, and provide ownership with clear financial projections to prevent overruns. Invoice & Pay Application Review: Validate contractor invoices and pay applications for accuracy and completion before recommending approval. Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities that preserve quality, and present them to ownership for consideration.Safety Oversight Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to OSHA regulations, local codes, and project-specific safety plans. Documentation: Maintain thorough records: correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and approvals for accountability and future reference. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience: Typically, 5+ years of progressive construction project experience across commercial, mixed-use, or comparable projects, with exposure to scheduling, cost control, contracts, quality, and safety.
