Construction Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple artificial turf construction projects (2–10 weeks, $500k average budget) from planning through completion.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision.
• Generate submittals and client-facing documentation that reflect your attention to detail.
• Source materials and equipment to meet aggressive timelines.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships with a sharp eye on scope and profitability.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and produce detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• React quickly and decisively to shifting priorities and on-site challenges.

• Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally in civil or sports field construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
