Responsibilities
- Daily review of all jobs with management
- Review and sign off on all work completed by subcontractors
- Identify and document project scope of work
- Maintain customer and client communications
- Review estimates, job scope with customers and insurance representative to obtain approval
- Acquire proper permits
- Create project schedule, timeline, and budget
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
- Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
Qualifications
- Proficient with Xactimate estimating software (preferred)
- Effective written and oral communication with customers and company
- Experience in restoration and/or construction (preferred)
- Knowledge of building and construction including materials and methods needed to complete projects
- Ability to control cost without sacrificing quality
- Ability to manage all subcontractors
Physical And Work Environment Requirements
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time

Compensation
$1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
