Qualifications
- Previous experience managing residential and commercial construction or restoration projects
- Knowledge of reconstruction processes following water, fire, storm, or mold damage is preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with subcontractors and building strong vendor relationships
- Understanding of insurance restoration processes is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
