Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to schedules and budgets
- Act as the primary contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships
- Cook sub-contractors, manage RFIs, secure permits, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, ICRA)
- Lead project teams, site superintendents, and vendors, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Manage phased construction to minimize operational disruptions and ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct regular meetings, present updates, and oversee project closeout processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Four-year degree in construction, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of healthcare construction experience, including hospital renovations or medical facility builds
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Sage Timberline
- Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific requirements, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing systems, and regulatory standards
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and client management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects ranging from $500k to $10M
