Construction Project Manager
Job Summary
PULLMAN is recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in their Pittsburgh office located in Imperial, PA.
About the Role
Manage complex construction projects that strengthen and extend the lifespan of structures. Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects. Develop and manage schedules in collaboration with field leadership. Maintain profit & loss responsibility and other project financials including projections. Provide strong leadership and supervision to project teams and subcontractors. Assist in reviewing bids and developing proposals. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Demonstrate dedication to safety and quality control on all projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil / Structural Engineering or related field
- 5-12 years of relevant experience in commercial construction and/or restoration industry
- Experience managing projects ranging from $1 Million to $5 Million in contract value
- Knowledge of structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair, and historic restoration
- Strong knowledge of computer-based programs including Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Leadership skills to train and mentor others
