Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Prepare project budgets and coordinate subcontractor bidding activities.
Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor bids.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope gaps.
Prepare scopes of work for subcontractors.
Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Conduct subcontractor buyout and issue subcontracts.
Manage project budgets and monitor project costs.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders.
Track project progress and resolve construction issues.
Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Manage punch list activities and project closeout documentation.
Supervise multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Minimum 7 years of commercial construction management experience.
Experience managing multi-story commercial new construction projects.
Experience with estimating and project management.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong subcontractor management and coordination experience.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and other construction management software.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
