Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team
• Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees
• Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home
• Provide customers with an exceptional experience
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred
• Strong time management & organizational skills
• Current Driver’s License
• Customer relations experience a plus

In this role, you are responsible for NVR community homebuilding projects, ensuring high-quality home construction and on-time completion. Your innate business sense and leadership skills will help you oversee a large team and uphold NVR’s best-in-class reputation.
