Construction Project Manager

About the role

Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team
Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees
Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion
Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home
Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred
• Strong time management & organizational skills
• Current Driver’s License
• Customer relations experience a plus

Benefits

Position pays between $80,000-$90,000 per year.
