Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and engineers to develop comprehensive project plans
• Manage general contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Motivate and lead a team to achieve project goals
• Earn and maintain the trust of clients through excellent communication and results

Requirements

• A passion for building and a track record of successful project completion
• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-RMP, or equivalent

Skills

• Project management software proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
