About the role
Manage Class A office, healthcare, and higher education projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all project sites.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources to meet project requirements.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues or challenges.
- Maintain effective communication across all project teams and with clients.
Requirements
- Experience with managing construction projects in the business services industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
