About the role
The title is Project Manager. The real job is earning trust — project by project, client by client, across a region that's watching. Your Day-to-Day includes leading projects end-to-end, driving execution against schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks, anticipating risk, building and aligning your team, managing contracts, cost controls, documentation, and reporting with precision, holding stakeholders accountable, and communicating proactively.

- Manage contracts, cost controls, documentation, and reporting with precision
- Hold stakeholders accountable and communicate proactively — no surprises
- Grow the Business
- Build and strengthen client relationships across Kearney, Grand Island, Hastings, North Platte, and the broader central Nebraska market — relationships that drive repeat work and long-term partnerships
