Construction Project Manager

Key services include Connectivity, Critical Electrical, Mechanical & Structural, Soft Crafts, Inspection, Underground Maintenance and Installation, and Fabrication. The role is remote with up to 75% travel required.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build and lead project teams, including technicians and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor team performance to ensure project objectives are met.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Carefully allocate necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet project requirements.
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Supervise all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to management and clients.
- Conduct project reviews to evaluate performance against project objectives and client expectations.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed, and necessary documentation is provided to clients.
- Handle project changes and scope adjustments efficiently, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ proven years of recent experience as a Project Manager in the Telecom/Connectivity data center construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Data Center Networking, general systems, specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards with Division 27, TIA, NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.

Work Environment: Home Office - Remote management of project planning, scheduling, and client communication. Field & Site Visits (Up to 75% Travel) - Frequent, regular travel to job sites and data centers nationwide. This includes spending significant time at active outdoor construction sites with exposure to weather extremes, noise, and dust. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.

- Competitive salary range: $140,000 USD - $170,000 USD.
