About the role

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Ensures project compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Oversee project teams and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and meet project milestones
• Ensure project safety and adhere to all relevant regulations
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
