About the role
Join our team as a Construction Project Manager for KONE Costa Mesa area. Manage commercial elevator construction projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure safety, and maintain project timelines using tools like Microsoft Project or SAP. A passion for safety, quality, and innovation is essential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain/updating the agreed upon schedule
- Status of project resources (material, labor, etc.)
- Procurement related responsibilities (subcontracts and vendors)
- Audit compliance with safety standards
- Ensure quality through metrics and punch-list items
- Manage cash flow and budgeting
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience
- Sound financial acumen
- Passion for safety, quality, and innovation

Pay
The annual base pay range for this role is $121,000 – 158,760. The compensation package is tailored based on the candidate's qualifications, business needs, and other factors.
