About the role
As our Construction Project Manager in the Nashville, TN area, you will manage commercial elevator construction projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure safety compliance, audit worksites, and use tools like Microsoft Project or SAP to track project scope and timelines. Your role includes identifying risks and opportunities, managing budgets, forecasting cash flow, and maintaining project schedules, resources, and procurement. You will also address quality throughout the project lifecycle, including punch-list items.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project schedules and resource status (material, labor, etc.)
- Manage procurement responsibilities, including subcontracts and vendors
- Ensure quality through metrics and address punch-list items
- Identify risks and opportunities through contracts and on-site evaluations
- Manage project budgets and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success
- Audit worksites for safety compliance
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project or SAP
- Strong financial acumen, including budget and cash flow management
- Keen eye for identifying risks and opportunities

Pay
The hiring range for this role is $99,900 - $131,145. The compensation package will depend on factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
