About the role

Are you ready to take on the challenge of managing construction projects as a Construction Project Manager for KONE in the Naples, FL area? This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project timelines, quality control, and compliance with safety standards. A strong background in construction project management or equivalent experience is essential, along with a passion for learning and adapting to a new field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project schedule
• Monitor and manage project resources (material, labor)
• Auditing compliance with safety regulations
• Using tools like Microsoft Project or SAP for project management
• Picking up risks and opportunities through contract analysis and site visits
• Managing cash flow, budgets, and forecasting

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant construction project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or 7+ years of relevant working experience)
• Sound financial acumen
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Passion for safety and quality assurance

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $105,100.00 - $137,970.00. The compensation package is tailored to the candidate's qualifications, business needs, and unique factors such as skill set, experience, and location.
