About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial elevator construction projects in the KONE Miramar, FL area. This role supports our Modernization business and involves collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include maintaining/updating schedules, managing project resources, ensuring quality, and overseeing procurement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain/updating the agreed upon schedule
  • Status of project resources (material, labor, etc.)
  • Procurement related responsibilities (subcontracts and vendors)
  • Auditing compliance with safety standards
  • Ensuring quality through metrics and addressing punch-list items
  • Utilizing tools like Microsoft Project or SAP for project management
  • Picking up risks and opportunities through contract analysis and site visits
  • Managing cash flow, budgets, and forecasting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant construction project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or 7+ years of relevant working experience)
  • Sound financial acumen
  • Passion for safety and innovation
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $105,100.00 – $137,970.00. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, the business strategy, and unique factors such as skill set, experience, and location.
