Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners
  • Oversee contract administration, change management, and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and contract requirements
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders
  • Mentor project engineers and support team development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Experience working in active or occupied facilities preferred.

Pay

$95,000 - $135,000 per year
