Responsibilities
- Lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners
- Oversee contract administration, change management, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and contract requirements
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders
- Mentor project engineers and support team development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in active or occupied facilities preferred.
Pay
$95,000 - $135,000 per year
