Pay
Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000 based on market conditions. Bonus plan ranging from 10% to 20%. Vehicle allowance or company vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore or similar tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
