A bit about us:
- We are a Kenosha based General Contractor who is committed to providing quality construction and outstanding service to all of our clients.
- We are actively growing and looking for a Project Manager with previous commercial and retail experience to join our team!
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, or New Construction Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
- Proven experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects.
- Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
