Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are a newly formed General Contractor Based in Manhattan. We have a massive slate of incoming projects we've successfully bid on and are looking for a Senior Project Manager with great experience in either (or both) Ground-Up Residential, Hospitality, or Education construction.

Responsibilities

Looking for a mid-career PM looking to grow with company long term, managing mid-sized projects, with experience in Ground Up Residential + Hospitality + Education Projects. Procore experience is preferred but not required.

Pay

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Schedule

The company has a busy schedule with multiple NYC projects coming in, and a backlog that extends into 2027.
