Responsibilities

• Actively participate in all preconstruction services and engineering sessions by reviewing Owner's expectations/criteria, coordinating with the design team and owner, and reviewing design documents.
• Review and approve bid packages, schedules, and help create site utilization plans.
• Conduct pre-bid conferences, identify project staffing requirements, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Manage project financials and maintain continuous knowledge of project budget.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills including coaching, mentoring, and the ability to build and maintain motivated teams.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant work experience.
• Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life science environments.
• Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings.
• Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, and other construction project management applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and highly developed project management finance skills.

Pay

$80,000 - $130,000 per year
