About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects in the Caledonia, MI area and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimation, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus.

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000 per year
