Job Details
- Coordinate all project activities with the Superintendent and Project Team
- Oversee and manage all project finances and contract documents
- Prepare and maintain the project schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent and subcontractors
- Schedule and conduct regular owner and subcontractor meetings
- Review and process all subcontractor RFI’s and RFP’s for approval
- Develop and distribute all subcontractor Change Orders and associated budget revisions
- Develop and distribute monthly Owner Applications for payment
- Schedule and conduct regular owner and subcontractor meetings
- Supervise all project administrative logs and close-out activities
- Manage multiple projects at varying stages within a development cycle
- Lead and enforce company safety standards and requirements
- Supervise a project team, providing oversight, direction, and mentoring
- Identify and resolve all project issues and problems
- Manage the project schedule to a timely and successful completion
- Manage green building requirements
Qualifications
- B.S. in Building Construction Management or other related curriculum
- 5+ years commercial construction experience as a Project Manager
- 10+ years overall commercial construction experience
- Proven experience managing $20 Million + projects
- Experience in construction estimating, accounting, and document administration
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active participant in a team environment
