Responsibilities
- Accountable for the complete project scope, team, and overall success of your project.
- Work closely with your project team, managing processes from initial start to completion of closeout.
- Maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead the pre-construction process, including initial site surveys, vendor selection, and preparing client proposals.
- Generate, manage, and maintain master project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Provide weekly updates on all projects for clients and executive management.
- Participate in the project award process and preparation of subcontract agreements.
- Verify projects' weekly reports for progress, manpower accuracy, and general project information.
- Act as the primary project leader for all safety and OSHA compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of related project management experience.
- A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Experience with scheduling, basic estimating, or knowledge of typical market pricing, management of personnel, vendors, and subcontractors is required.
- Experience in retail, fast casual restaurants, quick service restaurants, big box, shopping centers is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of new construction and remodel/retrofits is beneficial.
- The ability to analyze potential risks relating to schedule, cost, and reputation is necessary.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and project cash flow projections is important.
- Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Suite is expected.
- Experience with Procore is preferred.
- Experience with Blue Beam and Smartsheet's or equivalent programs is a plus.
- Experience with Building Connected is a plus.
- A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial.
- The willingness and capability to make things happen are valued.

- Leadership and strong communication skills with internal teams are required.
- An analytical mindset, ability to value-engineer complex projects, and general sales skills are beneficial.
