Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager manages all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation, including the accuracy of measuring windows.

Responsibilities

• Implementing management policies and operating practices
• Inspecting all aspects of the project to make determination of the scope of work
• Conducting precise measurements at each job site in order to confirm order of the custom windows
• Communicating the agreement between company and customer
• Identifying alternative courses of action needed, and negotiating directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as appropriate
• Analyzing all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits
• Following all regulatory compliance with regard to safety and health
• Completing various administrative tasks as needed and assisting in the warehouse to stage products for delivery
• Driving to, from, and in between sites as needed (valid driver's license required)

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience
• Professionalism is very important
• Self-motivation and discipline
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful problem solving abilities
• Highly evolved customer service skills
• Top notch customer service skills
